Is my family's stuff really private?
Yes. Nothing on Our Pear Tree is public. There is no feed, no profiles to search, and no way for a stranger to find your child. Only the people you personally invite can see anything.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
Never. We do not sell your information, we do not run ads, and we do not use your photos or words to train anything. You pay for the service, so you are not the product.
How much does it cost?
Our Pear Tree is free to start and free to stay. The free plan gives you 15 GB of photos, about 30,000, with every core feature, unlimited free viewers, and full-quality export. If you want HD video and full-quality originals, Family is $6.99 a month, or $69 a year, which saves you about two months. No ads, and no credit card to begin.
Can I move my old photos in without losing their dates?
Yes. When you bring your camera roll over, we read each photo's original date and drop it on the right day, so your timeline stays in order all the way back to the beginning. Most apps lose the date when photos move between apps; we keep it. See how import keeps your dates.
Can I keep some moments extra private?
Yes. You can lock your most personal moments, like an early pregnancy or a fertility journey, in a private vault that only you can open, with a password you alone hold. Vaulted moments stay out of search, printed books, and shared links.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
They stay yours. You can export everything at full quality, for free, at any time, including during a grace period after you cancel. We never delete an archive just because a payment lapsed.
Can grandparents see it without downloading an app?
